Athlete Registration:

This will be a family account, Parents create a family profile during this creation you will add each child that will be participating in athletics at Hartsville High School.
Physicals (both history page and Pre-participatioin page) dated after April 1, 2026 and Birth Certificate will need to be uploaded to each the athletes profile.
After uploads are complete you will answer all required information.
